How did we get here?

Lodestar Accounting was founded in 2016 by Chloe Fallon, a working mum of two. Just like you, Chloe started her business because she couldn’t see anyone else doing things in the way that made the most sense to her: putting people and planet alongside profit.

She knew that businesses doing things differently needed an accounting firm that provided clear, honest support, and didn’t compromise on vision or purpose for the sake of making money.

Right from the beginning, Chloe’s vision was simple: create a business that felt as exceptional to work with as it does to work for.

Lodestar is your North Star, a fixed, reliable guide, bringing direction, focus, and stability.

We guide people through the ups and downs of business, much like a North Star. But throughout our partnerships, we help our clients discover the valuable resource, and the North Star within themselves.

Together, we find what’s already there, and make it your compass, using it to bring direction and focus to your finances.
